No Technical solutions
Crazy today how almost ever problem that may arise though out the course of your day some how some way they have conceived a technical solutions. Turn on TV to have 24 hours notice on the next rain storm. We base so much off our lives on technical solutions. But today most individuals are face with these "no technical solution problems" like attaining and maintaining housing when rents continue to sky rocket. Or attaining and maintaining living wage employment when the job market is shrinking dramatically. Or finding accountability from leaders because you don't gross 75-plus a year. So i pose a question; what do you do when your problem has no technical solution?

Physical privileges for Mental Slavery?
So in the NY Daily news there is a article called,"Curious Georges ponder Prez link"where they talk about how the majority of the people who have the name George Washington (famous slave yes the very George) are African-American. They went on to say that according to the 2000 census of 163,036 people 90% were African-American, how traditional. Also according to Tony Burroughs, an expert of African-American genealogy, from 1880-1930 censuses 82% to 94% were black. The ideals and concepts that we have fought against still linger like ghost or lost spirits and I say that to pose some questions:
1. If a ideal or concept were like a spirit lingering influencing people would it be fare to say that the root of our problems are these lingering influences?
2. Also if these ideals do still exist and linger than does not the concepts and ideals such as unity and self-worth linger and influence?
3. And if so, why after all that we have sacrificed and fought for collectively, are these ideals(unity, self worth, equality, Freedom, liberty) still on the losing side of the ticket?

June 15 Eviction
With so many New Yorkers facing double rent increases New york State due to the rent Laws expiring this June 15th. Many families in urban communities are in danger of losing their homes. this is a very serious matter, fact of the matter is this is not the first time that they have expired, in fact it has happened twice before and each time becoming weaker and weaker. And if our current trend has taught us nothing with most of us a step away from eviction already how do we expect to protect our self when our current laws do not protect us now. With the majority of the renter population being our people in urban communities means that our communities across New York will be effected the most. There are hungry Investors and Realtors looking to relocate us because we do not gross over a $100,000 a year and turn our communities into wealthy time shares and condos. This did not start yesterday, this has been 13 years building. Are we blind to the fact that all the evidence shows us that our communities are under attack or are we to afraid to stand together and fight for our human right to live?
